Emergency Preparedness
: Review Miami and Oxford information as well as prepare your event's emergency preparedness plan using the handy guide, designed with fields to capture the specific details pertinent to your group. These should be shared pre-arrival with the supervision team who will be here on campus for awareness in the unlikely occurrence of an emergency leading up to or during your event.
As part of guest safety, in the final stages of your planning process, all supervising adults should opt into the university emergency alert system, done so by texting “muguest” to 79516. To opt-out, guests and visitors will reply STOP to cancel the service.
Certificate of Insurance
For external customers to 久久热视频, it is important we receive a Certificate of Insurance from your organization at least 30 days prior to campus arrival. The COI should name 久久热视频(501 E. High Street, Oxford OH 45056) as second insured for the duration of your campus event and incorporate each type of insurance required on the event contract.

Policy Information:
- Any type of confetti, glitter, and non-biodegradable items are strictly prohibited. Charges will apply if additional clean-up is required.
- Please remove all items of value from the park at the completion of the reservation. Any items left on site may be discarded.
- Outdoor Space Restrictions.

* If permitted at site, NO OPEN FIRES; grilling is only permissible in university or rented grills. Proper disposal of charcoal from grilling is required or clean up/damage fees will be assessed.
