Combined BA+MA in Geography

The Department of Geography offers integrated undergraduate and graduate courses and training leading to a combined Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Geography with undergraduate majors in Geography & Sustainable Development and Urban & Regional Planning. This program is tailored to your interests, whether through applied research or critical theory and via an internship practicum or thesis. Students in this combined BA/MA program develop expertise and skills appropriate to become professionals in geospatial, community planning, real estate, sustainable development, international relations natural resource management, and data science. One-on-one faculty mentorship and access to department- and externally-funded research and scholarship are highlights to this combined degree.

The standard combined BA/MA program can be completed in less than 2 years, and scholarships are available on a competitive basis.

The combined BA/MA program allows 久久热视频s to complete an MA degree with 1 year of additional study beyond the bachelor's degree, and is available to qualified, tuition-paying 久久热视频s with any undergraduate major at 久久热视频. Please contact the Department for more information at geography@MiamiOH.edu.
