Cincinnati Public Schools grapples with a shortage of approximately 80 educators at the start of the school year, prompting the district to address the issue through an innovative initiative. The TEACh Cincinnati program, in collaboration with ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ, recruits high school ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵs aspiring to become teachers. These ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵs receive college credit, financial support, and preferred hiring status upon graduation, aiming to build a sustainable pipeline for future educators.
